How it Works
Get the Codes
You can get the codes ran from anyone with an OBD2 scanner. We will ask you for the current codes when we confirm your appointment to prevent us installing a battery when you may not need it. We are not responsible for diagnosing what’s wrong with your vehicle. If it has Hybrid Codes we will be happy to replace your Battery!

Schedule
Schedule Online, via Text, or Call. Information we ask for:
-Current Codes
-Year and Model Vehicle
-Full Name
-Address Vehicle is Located
-Email Address
-Phone

Review Invoice
We require a deposit of $400 to be paid 12 hours in advance of the Installation time. This Deposit is subtracted from the total cost!
You will be notified when your installer is on the way with an updated ETA. Please understand we are based out of Raleigh NC and traffic conditions may affect arrival time.

Installation
Your Installer will arrive and replace the entire Hybrid Battery. They take the core back with them.
Once Complete, the Installer will clear the codes that were in the system, test drive, and re-scan.
The Installer will notify you once the Installation is complete. They do not carry card readers. You will need to pay the invoice following the link in your email. Then, you’re officially part of the herd!

Where do we Cover?
Based out of North Carolina we are Currently Operating in the Mid-East Coast States with plans to expand soon. Having a specialized service area lets us keep our cost down and response time low so we can fix your car as quick as possible!
If you are outside the Service Area and are Interested in our Hybrid Batteries please submit a contact form letting us know. We are planning on implementing a shipping option for the diy-ers and folks that want to handle the install themselves.
Mobile installation for your Hybrid Battery is Free for every Battery. The only Condition is that you are inside the Service Area.
