Pricing & Billing
Does the $999 include installation?

Yes, the $999 initial purchase includes both the battery and mobile installation. We come to you!

Is the $45/month charged automatically?

That's entirely up to you. We recommend enrolling in automatic payments — it's the easiest way to keep your warranty active without interruption. You can set this up directly through your recurring Square invoice. But if you prefer to manage payments manually, that option is yours too.

What happens if I miss a payment?

A missed payment immediately voids the warranty with no option for renewal. Keep in mind that coverage is month-to-month — each payment activates your warranty for the following 30 days. Staying current is the only way to keep your coverage intact.

Cancellation & Reinstatement
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Your warranty remains active through the end of the current billing period.

If I cancel, can I re-enroll later?

No. In the event of a cancellation or missed payment, the warranty is permanently voided and cannot be reinstated. Coverage ends at that point with no path to re-enrollment.

What does the warranty cover?

How do I initiate a warranty claim?

To process your claim as quickly as possible, we'll need a few key pieces of information upfront. Your claim matters to us and we're committed to handling it promptly — having everything ready from the start helps us get you back on the road faster. Follow the guide in the Lifetime Warranty Claim and we'll take it from there.

Warranty Transfer
Can I transfer my Lifetime Warranty?

Yes. If you sell your vehicle, the Lifetime Warranty is transferable to the new owner. Simply use the Lifetime Warranty Transfer link and follow the guide to complete the process.

Eligibility
Who is not eligible for the Lifetime Program?

The program is not intended for resellers, used car dealerships, or commercial fleet operators. Buffalo Battery reserves the right to reject any applicant for any reason.

Can I reapply if I'm rejected?

You may contact Buffalo Battery to discuss your situation, but reapplication is not guaranteed and is subject to review.

Battery Coverage OnlyThe warranty covers only the hybrid battery installed by Buffalo Battery. The hybrid battery fan is external to the hybrid battery and is not included in the warranty.

Enrollment Is Not GuaranteedSubmitting an application does not guarantee enrollment in the Lifetime Program. Buffalo Battery reserves the right to reject any applicant without providing a reason.

Transferable — With LimitationsThe warranty is transferable in the event of a vehicle sale; however, it is not intended for resellers, used car dealerships, or commercial fleet operators.

No Reinstatement After LapseOnce the warranty is cancelled or a payment is missed, the warranty is permanently void and cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

Steps:

  1. Submit an application form

  2. Our team will reach out to confirm details

  3. You’ll receive an invoice for the initial purchase ($999+tax)

  4. Review and sign warranty documents and pay ($250) deposit which is subtracted from the total cost.

  5. Once installation is complete the remainder of the invoice is due.

  6. You will receive an email reminder with a recurring invoice ($45) subscription. This is due 1 month after installation to keep the warranty active. We recommend signing up for auto payments to keep your warranty active without having to worry about it.

  7. As long as the recurring invoice (subscription) is paid every month, your warranty is active.
